DAY 1: TRADITION AND PINTXOS IN THE NAVARRESE CAPITAL

08:00–10:00 Arrival and welcome to the city. Check-in at a boutique hotel, located in the historic heart of the city. Time to settle in and rest briefly, in an elegant setting with local details and personalized attention.

10:00–12:30 First contact with the living history of Navarre. Guided walk through the old town: cobbled streets, arcaded squares, Gothic churches and old walls. Introduction to the cultural and urban identity of Navarre, among legends, architecture and traditions that still beat.

13:00–14:30 Lunch of creative pinchos. Route through local bars with signature cuisine, tasting small works of gastronomic art. Lively atmosphere, culture of sharing and menu option adapted for special diets.

15:00–17:00 Visit to the centennial market. Free tasting of local products: artisan cheeses, Navarrese sausages, seasonal fruits, preserves and sweets. Optional chat with local producers, to learn about the origin and philosophy of the products.

17:15–18:30 Gourmet shopping. Stop at two selected delicatessens: One with modern design and exclusive selection of products. Another with edible souvenirs presented with humor, aesthetics and creativity.

20:00–22:00 Navarrese haute cuisine dinner. Gastronomic restaurant with a contemporary reinterpretation of regional cuisine. Tasting menu with the possibility of pairing DO Navarra wines and other regions.

22:30 Night in a charming boutique hotel. Rest in accommodation full of authentic details: careful decoration, local amenities and intimate atmosphere.

DAY 2: VINEYARDS, GRILL AND FLAVOURFUL CASTLES

08:00–09:00 Breakfast at the hotel and departure to the wine region. Full breakfast at the boutique hotel, with fresh produce from the region. Departure by private vehicle to the Navarrese wine region, between landscapes of vineyards and gentle hills.

10:00–12:00 Winery route. Visit to an organic winery with a commented tasting of sustainably produced whites, reds and rosés. Second stop at a signature winery, with a creative focus on the production process. Time for shopping: exclusive wines, oils, natural cosmetics with grape extract.

13:00–14:30 Lunch at a traditional steakhouse. Lunch in the heat of the Navarrese grill, with local meats, seasonal vegetables and village bread. In a rustic and cozy setting, decorated with antique tools and noble materials.

15:00–17:00 Visit to the emblematic castle. Historical tour of a medieval Navarrese fortress with turrets and panoramic views. Narration about the history of the kingdom, its defensive strategies and legends of the place.

17:15–18:30 Gourmet stops direct from the producer. Visit to a local cooperative to learn about and taste products with DO Navarra: wines, asparagus, piquillo peppers, oils. Artisan store of liqueurs and sweets: pacharán, truffles, creams and personalized bottles for gifts.

20:00–22:00 Dinner with history. Dine in accommodation with historic charm, such as a manor house or restored old medieval building. Navarrese specialities reinterpreted with contemporary technique and local produce.

22:30 Accommodation with a regal setting. A night in an environment with history and character, ideal for disconnecting: stone walls, dim light, absolute silence and modern comfort.

DAY 3: LEGENDARY VILLAGE AND EDIBLE SOUVENIRS

08:30–09:30 Breakfast and departure to the medieval village. Breakfast at the hotel, with homemade pastries, artisan sausages and natural juices. Departure by private vehicle to a charming medieval village among hills.

10:00–12:30 Free walk through the village among hills. Time to explore one of the most beautiful villages in Navarre, declared a historic-artistic site. Cobbled streets, emblazoned houses, serene atmosphere and breathtaking views from the viewpoints.

12:30–13:30 Stop at a traditional bakery. Tasting of typical products: oil cakes, sweet crumbs, butter cookies. Opportunity to chat with the local baker and purchase freshly baked specialties.

13:30–14:30 Gourmet souvenirs of proximity. Visit to family shops that offer local products such as cured sheep's cheese, homemade chistorra, mountain honey and organic preserves. Authentic atmosphere, close attention and carefully selected products.

14:30–15:00 End of the route. Time for a free lunch in the surroundings or return according to planning, with the possibility of a private transfer to the airport or accommodation.

Todos nuestros restaurantes ofrecen opciones veganas, menús adaptados a alergias y menús infantiles. Imprescindible comunicar con antelación. Se informará de los menús en la comunicación definitiva del itinerario.
Las cenas se realizarán en los mismos hoteles donde se encuentren se efectue el alojamiento. Todo lo no incluido en el menú correrá a cargo del cliente.

❖Modificaciones por cierres o cambios de horario: TGTE no se hace responsable de cambios en el itinerario ocasionados por el cierre de instalaciones, modificaciones de horarios o ajustes en la operativa de los lugares visitados debido a temporadas o eventos especiales. En estos casos, se propondrán alternativas según disponibilidad.

❖Llegada tardía a las actividades: Es responsabilidad del cliente presentarse puntualmente a las actividades programadas. En caso de retraso, la actividad se considerará cancelada sin derecho a reembolso.

❖Horarios oficiales y cambios fuera de horario: Las actividades se desarrollarán conforme a los horarios oficiales establecidos. Si el cliente desea realizar cambios o programar actividades fuera del horario oficial, esto podrá realizarse con un cargo adicional, sujeto a disponibilidad. Se recomienda consultar previamente para gestionar los ajustes necesarios.

❖Bono de confirmación: Una vez reconfirmada la reserva, TGTE facilitará el itinerario definitivo junto con la confirmación de todos los servicios incluidos en el viaje. Durante toda la ruta el cliente deberá disponer en formato papel o digital de la confirmación de todos los servicios facilitado por TGTE para presentar en los establecimientos.

❖TGTE se reserva el derecho de modificar o cambiar actividades sin previo aviso para garantizar la calidad del tour.

❖Los precios publicados están sujetos a posibles variaciones por causas ajenas a nuestra organización, derivadas de factores como la ocupación, la disponibilidad limitada en ciertos servicios o modificaciones en las condiciones de los proveedores (releases).
