Modifications dues aux fermetures ou changements d’horaires : TGTE ne peut être tenu responsable des modifications de l’itinéraire causées par la fermeture d’installations, des changements d’horaires ou des ajustements opérationnels des lieux visités en raison des saisons ou d’événements spéciaux. Dans ces cas, des alternatives seront proposées en fonction des disponibilités.

Arrivée tardive aux activités : Il est de la responsabilité du client d’arriver à l’heure aux activités programmées. En cas de retard, l’activité sera considérée comme annulée sans droit à remboursement.

Horaires officiels et modifications hors horaires : Les activités se dérouleront selon les horaires officiels établis. Si le client souhaite apporter des modifications ou programmer des activités en dehors des horaires officiels, cela pourra être réalisé moyennant un coût supplémentaire et sous réserve de disponibilité. Il est recommandé de se renseigner à l’avance pour organiser les ajustements nécessaires.

Bon de confirmation : Une fois la réservation reconfirmée, TGTE fournira l’itinéraire final ainsi que la confirmation de tous les services inclus dans le voyage. Pendant toute la durée du circuit, le client devra disposer d’une copie papier ou numérique de la confirmation pour la présenter aux établissements.

Tamponnez votre Passeport Magique : Pendant le parcours, vous aurez l’opportunité de tamponner votre Passeport Magique, enregistrant ainsi les villages visités. Deux formats sont disponibles:

Format physique : Peut être demandé et retiré dans l’office de tourisme de n’importe quel Village Magique.

Format numérique : Disponible via l’application Villages Magiques, où vous pouvez numériser votre passeport physique ou enregistrer vos visites de manière digitale.
